How to Utilize Store Credit

Thank you for being a loyal North Pole Coffee customer. In this article, we will describe how to utilize Gift Cards and/or Store Credit issued from North Pole Coffee's previous website, on or before November 1, 2024.

Before you Start

You will need the original email where your gift card was issued. Your gift card has been added to the new website and your credit does not expire.

If you do not have access to your previous email or you cannot recall your email address, please contact us.

Using Your Credit on a Purchase

To utilize your store credit, begin by adding items to your cart. Once you are shopping, please click "Checkout" inside of the cart.

Once on the checkout screen, click the "Log In" link next to the Contact email entry.

You will be presented with a Log In screen - enter the original email where your gift card was issued. You will be emailed a one-time code to enter onto this page.

If you do not have access to your previous email or you cannot recall your email address, please contact us.

Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected back to Checkout with your email address populated. Continue entering your information to check out.

Once you reach the payment information at the end of checkout, you will be able to utilize your store credit on all purchases at North Pole Coffee Roasting Company.

Checking Your Store Credit Balance

To check your North Pole Coffee Store Credit, begin by clicking Orders in the top navigation of the website on your computer, or inside the drop-down menu on your phone.

You will be presented with a Log In screen - enter the original email where your gift card was issued. You will be emailed a one-time code to enter onto this page. Check your email and enter this one-time code to proceed to your account.

Once successfully logged in, access your Profile. On a phone or tablet, click the Menu icon in the upper left, then select Profile. On a computer, click your Profile Icon in the upper right, then select Profile.

On your profile page, you will be presented with your Store Credit under Payment Methods. Click the store credit to see your use history.
